Everything you see on this site are just samples. We are able to customize many of the designs for you such as color, text, placement, wording, etc. Please feel free to email us and we would love to come up with something that is fitting for you. After you place your order you will be able to see all changes when we send you the proof, so there will be no surprises.
All orders will be processed during our business hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 p.m. Central time, Mon-Fri. During this time we will process your order and design your proof which will be sent to you within 24-72 hours of placing your order. Once the final proof is approved we will then move to printing. After this stage your item will be shipped to you the within 3-5 business days, for priority mail service which takes 2-3 business days unless other shipping arrangements were made.
We send proofs for invitations, announcements & save the date cards. If you would like a proof of something else, please feel free to ask and we can send that along to you. You will receive a proof within 24-72 hours. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder as sometimes these emails end up there. Communication at this time is very important. The faster you approve the proof, the faster we will move to shipping your order. A proof must be approved before we will ship!
Add email@example.com to your address book to avoid any delays. After the 3rd attempt at contacting you about your proof, you still haven't responded, we will send your order out to you AS IS and cannot be responsible for any errors.
We ship within the continental United States via USPS priority mail (2-3 days) with delivery confirmation. We also ship internationally via USPS Global Express. International buyers are welcome.
*We CANNOT/WILL NOT be responsible for delays caused by USPS.
*We also cannot be responsible for lost/missing packages if the tracking receipt is stating delivered. Please call your local post office and check with them on your options and then contact us and we'll work something out.

Tracking your Order
You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you asked to enter your order number and e-mail address. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.
If you have not already approved your proof, but a proof has been sent to you, there will be a $20.00 cancellation fee to cover the time spent to create your proof. Once you have approved your proof, no cancellations will be accepted. It is highly likely that your order has already been sent to the printer. We cannot accept any cancellations for rush orders.
Due to the nature of these products we do not accept refunds unless there was a mistake on our part. We copy and paste the exact information that you send us and then forward the proof onto you. If you receive your items and notice we did not print exactly what was on your proof, the one you approved, we will reprint and reship the item to you at no cost. If you receive your invitations and notice there is a mistake (mispellings, forgotten information, etc) and you did not catch it when you approved the proof, we will reprint your item for a small fee. Please make sure you type everything out exactly as you would like it to appear on your items. The final proof was approved by you, therefore any mistakes that were made can be easily fixed before they are sent to the printer. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products and let us know the problem.
