Is there a minimum order? TOP
Yes, the minimum order for everything is a quantity of 10. Address labels are the only exclusion.
Can I order a sample before placing my order? TOP
Yes, in some cases you may want to see a paper sample which is available upon request. Please email us your mailing address and we'll send one right out to you.
Will I see a proof prior to printing? TOP
Yes, we do send you proofs prior to printing and will not print your order until we have proof approval.
If you are not happy with the first proof and have changes to be made, we will send you a proof until it is 100% correct.
Proofs are sent for the following: Invitations, announcements, & Save the Date cards unless otherwise requested.
Can I choose my own wording? TOP
Of course! The wording on the samples are just an examples of what you can have on there. You can also go to verseit.com for more options.
Can I choose my font and color? TOP
Yes, there is a list of fonts that you can choose from. Please choose the font you would like from the drop down menu on each product. As for colors, we can make them match to you liking.
I like a design but I would prefer it to be in a different color, can I request a design change? TOP
Some of the items we can change are border, color of font, font choice. In some cases we can change hair color, outfit color, item color, etc. Just go ahead and send us an email and we can let you know if something can be changed. We will change a design at NO extra cost!
Can I order blank invitations? TOP
Yes, you can order your invitations blank for a 10% discount. Please email us for discount code to use during checkout.
Can I preorder envelopes for our birth announcements? TOP
Yes, it's always a good idea to get a head start on addressing all those envelopes.

What is the quality of printing, cardstock, and envelopes you use? TOP
We print in 2400 dpi on a laser printer. We only print on 110lb extra heavy coverstock, the heaviest paper available to give you the sturdiest invitation. Our envelopes are 24lb white woven.
What if I receive my order and there is an error? TOP
Due to the nature of these products we do not accept refunds unless there was a mistake on our part. We copy and paste the exact information you give us therefore if there was an error on your part, we can always work something out! Please make sure to double check all party information is correct before sending that information to us. Once the proof is approved we begin printing and ship, once the invitation is printed we cannot be liable for the mistakes. Please email us for more information on our refund policy.

Printing, personalization, proof and envelopes are included with every invitation, announcement and note card order.
Can I cancel my order? TOP

What payment methods do you accept? TOP

Personal Checks must clear the bank before any order will be shipped.
How soon will I receive my order? TOP
You will receive a proof within 24-72 hours, usually sooner. After the proof is approved we will ship within 3-4 business days, priority mail, which is 2-3 additional business days. Please be sure to check your email for a proof, sometimes they land in the junk/spam folder but the quicker we have proof approval, the faster you will receive your order. You can always add email@example.com to your address book to ensure our emails land directly in your inbox.

No problem, we can express mail your order to you, next day. In this case please send us an email to let us know so we can get working on your proof asap. Please make sure to check your email frequently as we will send that proof right away so we can get the order shipped immediately!

Can the wording on your products be translated into another language? TOP
Yes! Of course. If you provide the translation/language we can place it on any of the products listed in our store. We will arrange the wording and placement and send you a proof for your approval.
I received my invitations and my friends love them, Do you offer any referral discounts/bonuses? TOP
Yes, for every friend you refer you will receive a 20% coupon off your next order. Just make sure your friends add your name to the “How did you hear about us” section and we will send over a coupon to your email address.
I can’t find a customer service telephone number, can you help? TOP
At this time we do not have a customer service line. We are a very small stationary studio and do not have the capacity for a customer service line. Having all correspondence done via email ensures there are no errors in your ordering. We respond via email very quickly, so if you need anything at all, we are just a quick email away. We will be adding a customer service line in the future.
Do you offer discounts for bulk/large orders? TOP
Absolutely, please email us and we can figure out a great discounted rate for purchasing items in bulk.
I have an idea for an invitation, can you do custom work? TOP
Sure, we love custom designs! If you do not see something listed in the store let us know and we would love to come up with something for you!
Will you mail my invitations/announcements directly out for me? TOP
Yes, we can do that for you. We will mail your invitations, announcements, thank you cards, anything you would like directly out to friends and family. After you approve the proof we will print and ship for you.

We do not offer gift wrapping but we can include a personalized note with wording of your choice in the package to send along with your gift. We can also send the package right to the recipient if you would like, just let us know.
